I purchased these as a replacement for my P.L. tencel Chicago pants, which were my absolute favourite and had worn through completely in a few spots. These are an almost perfect substitute except they’re a little too tight on the waist for lounge purposes (even after sizing up from small in the Chicago to medium in the Essex, after reading other reviews). The blue granite is a very pretty colour though.
