REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your new Paper Label, but in case you don't...
you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, have all original packaging and all tags attached.
Returns:
- Please email us at shop@paperlabel.ca
- Provide your original Order Number and reason for return
- We will provide you with the return address and an RA# which must be clearly labelled on your return package
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Upon receipt your item(s) will be inspected to ensure eligibility
- Once confirmed, a credit or refund will be issued to your original form of payment (not including original shipping costs)
Credits/Refunds:
- Items purchased on promotion or with a discount code are eligible for a store credit only
- Sale items discounted 50% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange:
Exchanges:
Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend returning your order and placing a new order online.
Holiday Shoppers:
Any purchases made between November 15th and December 24th are eligible for return or exchange until January 10th (full price items only)
*We do not offer price adjustments.
**All products purchased through any of our retail partners must be returned to the store directly. We only offer returns for items purchased through our website.
A Few Notes:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.
Customer Data:
We do not share any customer data to any third parties. Customer data is exclusively used for marketing purposes.
